Patient Summary #

Baker Ahava runs the Communal Oven. She is a good baker and a perfectionist who believes strongly in her duty to her community. She has a hard time trusting others, including her niece Leila, who works with her at the Communal Oven.

She is close to her apprenticeship teacher, Ilan, even though he retired decades ago. She often visits on afternoons he’s watching his grandchildren, knowing he makes fresh baked treats for them. She never married but is quite beloved in the community.
