Councilor Boaz is a scholar who moved to Kahal to study with Rosh Reba Oved at 19. During his studies, he fell madly in love with Keta and settled in Kahal. He has always had an interest in Markes law, and often serves as a solicitor for the community and Avodai individuals in Terida courts. He took some law courses at Terida University over the years. He believes strongly in maintaining Avodai’s communal rights through law. Before joining the council, he’d often help people shape their arguments. He is open to the work of The New Avodai Society, as long it stays an Avodai-centered movement. Keta died giving birth to their youngest child late in life.

In his older years, he fell in love with Ilan, the retired baker. The couple are known as warm, loving people. While Boaz is well liked, sometimes people use the fact he grew up outside of Kahal against him after all these years in his work on the council.
