Dani and their twin sister Nomi built a successful dairy business with Nomi’s husband Shar. Dani in particular is known for their dedication to their craft and experimenting with new types of cheeses and fermentation.

Dani always wanted to have children, but unfortunately suffered multiple miscarriages over the years. Instead they dedicated themself to helping raise her niece Leila and now caring for her elderly parents. (Their father Hallel has advanced dementia.)
