The community maintains the House of Rest so that travelers always have a place to stay for free. The inn is considered part of the community’s obligation to hospitality. It is well used by Avodai peddlers, merchants, and traveling scholars. The innkeepers Naama and Zamir also run a tavern at the House of Rest for both travelers and locals. They are most welcoming, so please seek them out if you need absolutely anything.
