Patient Summary #

Councilor Rakel represents the artisans and craftsfolks on the Kahal Council. During her prime, she was a very skilled and creative weaver. Her works are much prized in the community. She is both very detail oriented and eccentric. On the council, she always wants all the facts and to explore all facets of a problem before forming an opinion on anything. This trait often annoys other council members because it can slow down decision making for weeks if not months. She shows no intent to retire, regardless of her health.

Rakel always had a strong interest in the spirits and is said to have made friends with some over the years. Despite never apprenticing as a Rafa, she knows techniques for keeping mischievous spirits at bay. She is frustrated that her diminishing eyesight and arthritis keeps her from her craft, but continues to mentor the younger generations.
