The spice cart sits in the street outside of the House of Rest. It is run by Reba Seha, who hails from Za’halem which gave him his love for sharp and bold flavors. You must visit for his fine spices and wisdom. Reba Seha chose to work rather than study full time as he believes his work is for the sake of the Light. He even drags his manual cart to market once a week and all the way to Terida without help of a donkey, not wanting to burden an animal with the chore.
